As one of Canada’s busiest shopping destinations, Pacific Mall requires digital display solutions that can operate reliably every day while maintaining strong visual performance in a high-traffic retail environment. The goal of this project was to create a high-resolution LED display system capable of delivering clear advertising, promotional content, and brand messaging while minimizing long-term maintenance requirements.

VividBlack partnered with Pacific Mall to design and install a custom P2 LED video wall featuring a 2mm pixel pitch for exceptional image clarity and viewing quality. The display was engineered to provide vibrant visuals, seamless content playback, and simple computer-based content management for daily operations.

Installed in 2019, the LED wall continues to perform reliably nearly six years later with no major maintenance requirements. This project demonstrates the value of professional engineering, quality materials, and expert installation practices that support long-term performance and return on investment.

Today, the display remains an effective communication and advertising platform within the mall, delivering consistent visual impact while showcasing the durability and reliability of VividBlack LED solutions.
